A tool for sending structured video interviews to candidates, scoring each answer against criteria you choose, and checking whether the person answering is who they say they are.

No. They open the invite link in a browser, on a laptop or a phone.

Yes. Write your own, save them to your question library, start from the role-based question bank, or have AI draft them from the role. You review them before anything is sent.

Each answer is transcribed and scored from 0 to 10 against your criteria, up to six, each weighted from 1 to 3. The scores come with quotes from the answer as evidence, and roll up into a weighted overall score and a recommendation. If you do not set criteria, a sensible default set is used.

The AI reacts briefly to an answer and may ask a follow-up, the way a person would. The main questions are reviewed by you and identical for every candidate. Available on Professional, Institution and Enterprise.

No. It scores answers and points out evidence. You see the scores and flags and you decide. Integrity flags never reject anyone by themselves.

Yes. Mark each flag correct or a false alarm. That note is used to improve the checks and never changes the score.

It starts at 100 and loses points for measured events: looking away, other voices, a phone or laptop in view, tab switches, a face that does not match, split screen, and lost camera or microphone. It never looks at what was said.

Video is saved in small pieces as it goes. The candidate reopens the same link and continues while time remains. If pieces are missing, the report says "Recording incomplete" with the seconds and percentage lost.

It can. Poor light, a shared room or a slow connection can raise flags. That is why every flag shows the moment it happened and why a person makes the decision.

The candidate scans their ID and takes a selfie on their phone. The face is compared with the ID photo, and the name on the ID must closely match the name you invited.

The face check catches a different face. A real ID that belongs to someone else also fails the name check, because the name on it will not match the name you invited. It then goes to you for review.

You choose per interview: flag and let the interview continue, hold the candidate for your review, or block after three tries. The candidate is never told why.

Starter has a basic identity check, Professional adds the government ID check, and Institution and Enterprise add continuous identity checks. See pricing for details.

Video is deleted after 14, 30 or 90 days depending on plan. The transcript, scores and integrity report stay on the candidate's record.

Your organisation can. The providers we use to store, transcribe, score, check ID and take payment process it on our behalf. The privacy policy lists each one and what it gets.

Yes. You are in charge of that data and we will help. Candidates can also write to us.

No on both counts.

Starter GHS 890, Professional GHS 2,490 and Institution GHS 6,490 per month, with 25, 100 and 300 interviews included. Enterprise starts from GHS 22,000. Credit packs and extra interviews are available. Everything is in cedis.

Through Paystack. We never see your card or mobile money details.

Yes, on Enterprise. It creates interviews and adds candidates, singly or in bulk. We do not have ready-made connectors for specific ATS products yet.

Nothing matches that search. Email us and we will answer.
